MOSCOW, Jul 26 (PRIME) -- The Federal Service for Communications, IT, and Mass Communication Oversight restricted on Monday access to internet resources affiliated with the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK, forbidden organization in Russia, foreign agent), the Citizens' Rights Protection Foundation (forbidden, foreign agent) and Navalny Headquarters.
"The Federal Service for Communications, IT, and Mass Communication Oversight restricted access to information resources affiliated with the activities of FBK, the Citizens' Rights Protection Foundation and movement Navalny Headquarters, after a ruling on liquidation and prohibition of activities by the Moscow City Court of June 9, 2021 dated July 26 on request by the Prosecutor General's office," the statement read.
The authority said that the resources are used for propaganda and extremist activities of the organizations.
